Can we get a refund for a cancelled appointment?

All sales are final and tickets are nonrefundable. In the event you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. All reschedule requests must be done through email and sent to scheduling@squareroomescape.com. If a reschedule is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $80 rescheduling fee will be applied.
