An escape room is a great real life entertainment where you and your friends are trapped inside a room and left with nothing but your wits to find clues and solve puzzles to free yourselves!

All rooms will have a time limit, though it can vary. Most rooms will have a time limit of 60 minutes.

Well, let's hope you don't have to find out...

No not really - we wouldn't be able to provide such an excellent form of entertainment legally otherwise. You will be provided with 1 clue/hint per game to help you if you get stuck (with different options of getting a few more).

We recommend doing each room with 4 people but can be attempted by groups of 3-6 people.

All groups are kept private and are guaranteed not to get matched with other parties. There is a minimum of 3 players required so if you're planning on bringing a date, better make it a double date night!

Definitely not. While avid fans of the themed rooms will be able to better enjoy the experience and decorations of the room, all the puzzles can be solved without any knowledge of the theme. But a little homework never hurt anyone...

A recent study by the experts at SRE found that attempting to solve the rooms while intoxicated lowered a groups success rate by 100%! Based on these findings, we reserve the right to not allow any groups under the influence of alcohol or drugs to enter our rooms.

We welcome escapees of all ages but groups that include patrons younger than 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian (25 years or older).
We do accept walk-ins if there are no appointments already booked. However, as we are appointment-based, there is no guarantee that someone will be at the store at all times. We highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure that your group is able to attempt one of our escape rooms!

The online booking system can be used to make appointments at least 4 hours in advance. For appointments closer than that, please call us directly at 714.855.9901.

All sales are final and tickets are nonrefundable. In the event you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. All reschedule requests must be done through email and sent to [email protected]. If a reschedule is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $80 rescheduling fee will be applied.

As we are located in the Diamond Jamboree Plaza, please allow at least 15 min before your appointment time for parking during peak hours. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals if it will affect subsequent groups.
